My Zune80 syncs fine as far as files go. but it stopped tracking all the tracks i've played a few weeks ago and hasn't since. the Social still updates with tracks that i play with the Zune software but nothing played from the device. i haven't found an answer - anyone else?

sometimes you gotta let it sit for a while and it will flash sycing for a sec. at least mine does that

yeah, i'll leave the Zune connected for quite some time. it will saying "syncing" then finish that and just say connected. all syncing seems to work fine, just the tracks quit being added on my Social play counts. any ideas to fix?

well, i've got it fixed. at least for now.
In the zune software, go to settings - device. choose to forget this device. then close the software and sync your zune. then re-establish the relationship with your zune and zune social account. that worked for me. it is now tracking my tracks again. we'll see how long it lasts. quick and easy fix though, since nothing has to be resynced. |
