Default Zune Hardware Problem...Help would be wonderful!

My zune, has been working perfectly for quite a while now(zune 80g).
Recently I've had to disconnect my zune and reconnect it to be read.
Since that day I have not been able to read it regardless of computer restart, disconnection, update etc. I tried to reinstall the software and it only made matters worse. Now not only can I not read my zune but I cant log onto the market place.
Tried my cable and my zune on a different computer, fully functional and its read. But on my computer it wont. I tried to reinstall the Zune hardware on the computer and it gives me an error stating:
"Device Status:Windows succesfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware location"
This is in the Device Manager Window..
Any help would be greatly appreciated!Big Smile

Do a hard reset on the Zune Device, uninstall the software with unzoone and reinstall with the full package.

This is due to a missing service, that goes away for a reason I still don't understand. Installing Windows media player 11 reinstalled that service and made the error go away.

Look for the more detailed information in the thread titled " can't install error - service doesn't exist".
