album not showing up right

i ripped 2 separate U2 cd,s to wma lossless wanted to make em say 1 album used tag&rename as near as i can tell everyhwere says U2 Greatest Hits like i named it but i sync it to zune shows up as unknown album

did nothing for the problem which was it keeps saying unknown album for the 1 album

Uninstall with UnZoone, reinstall with the full package.

I found that using the reset tool, or even re-installing, only helps if the song files have the right tags. So first, check those tags. If they are messed up, use MP3Tag or something similar to get the tags right. Then the other steps will improve things much more.
