Podcast Glitch

Recently, a majority of my podcasts have been glitching. I download them fine, but when I attempt to play them, I get this:

The podcasts I've noticed it with so far include, zune arts, exclusive zune heroes podcast, and Flight of the conchords podcast... any ideas why?

Hmm not sure really..you could try taking all the podcasts off your zune and then unsubscribe from each podcasts. Then subscribe to them again and download them again and see if you can watch them this time. Not sure if this will work, just a suggestion.

Maybe I will try this, I think I did with the zune heroes podcast.. but it's worth a try... I can't remember if I unsubscribed or just deleted the EP's and re-downloaded.

I'm also having troubles with podcasts. When I download them, they appear in grey, and it won't let me sync with my zune. I can watch them on the software, but I can't sync to my zune, which makes me slightly annoyed. THough come to think of it, my computer itself has trouble with the zune software itself, for one, I can't activate my zune pass, and two, I can't change my zune tag at home(could be a connection problem with zune.net?). Anyway, Im guessing its my pc,(an olde 2001, hopefully getting a better one soon) But until then, any suggestions on improving my software running abilities?

If they're videos, chances are they're MP4. MP4s will play in the software but need conversion before they can be synced to a zune 30.
