Error Code 0x80071011

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, does anyone know the fix to it?

I just bought my Zune, actually, just heard about them too. Thought I'd give them a try. Never had an iPod or anything so its my first mp3 player type thing.

:confused:

I went to the site and tried to download the software. First the Error Code
0x8007064 ( i think that was it) came up and I followed the link and downloaded the zune package thing. Then this error code is what comes up. I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Run unzoone, then install from the full package.

What exactly is the "full package"? Is that the package you download from the link you follow after you try to install zune? Or am I totally wrong?

I tried again and got the same results. Maybe I'm just not cool enough to have a Zune

Have you installed windows updates lately? Try doing that.
