Zune program won't open on device connect

I have "Start Zune when device is connected" ticked but the program does not open when I plug in my Zune. Has anybody else had this problem?

Try uninstalling with UnZoone, and reinstalling with the Full Package.

Sorry, I should have described my issue a bit better. I was in a hurry.

I've already reinstalled the program many times, even with the UnZoone program.
