cannot install software that came with zune

I have tried to install the software from the disk that came with my zune but it won't install because it says there was in error when attempting to install it on the computer. I received the zune as a Christmas present but have still not been able to use it because I can't get the software to install on my computer. Could someone help me out. Thanks.

if you have internet.. which you should... lol.. go to zune.net and download it from there..

Install it from the Zune.Net Site, rather then using a CD.
