Things were going fine and I was deleting songs out of my Zune and I received an error: Microsoft Zune has encountered a problem and needs to close. Well I have contacted Zune twice, even upper tier tech support but when I try to open the software I still get that error. I booted into safe mode and uninstalled, installed but whenerver I load the software I receive the error Microsoft Zune has encountered a problem and needs to close. Error Signature

I uninstalled with UnZoone and rebooted and tried loading the software but zune software was up to date, so I ran UnZoone again, rebooted and it wiped the Zune software off. Installed it, when trying to launch I got the same error.,.thanks for trying..
System restore back to a point when it was working.
