zune software doesn't recognized my zune!!

hi everyone, i have been using the zune software with no problems for almost 4 months, but since yesterday the software doesn't recognized my zune, i already reset the zune, reinstall the sofware, restar the computer, everything i can imagine, the zune just shows the legend "connected", but the sofware doesn't, please help......

when you connect your zune to computer, does your zune charges? if not.. then your usb device things are faulty..

Well it's strange it would show as connected and the software not recognize it. I'd try reinstalling the software.
