Unhappy software wont open help
well i try to open the software and it load the first 4 album covors stop, frezes and stayes like that no matter how i have tryed to enter the program. i need help

It might be trying to gather all the metadata/files. Try to close some other programs when you open it and give it some time. Also you change the priority of the program, press ctrl alt delete go to the taskmanager, go to processes, right click zune.exe and set the priority to above normal or high.

okay normally when i turn it on its the on program i have manu;lay put up i gave it 20 min and my computers fine but let me try the priority

froze again im not getting why the only diffrence was that it loaded 10 album arts insted of 4

okay finally i got it fixed i had to go and reinstall the whole program which didnt make me too haappy

I'd try turning off animation.
