my zune software closes

everytime i launch it it closes down due to a problem HOw can I fix this

I don't know. It doesn't tell me. It says that it's going to send an error report to microsoft, but it hasn't sent me anything back, and it's been 2 weeks already.

Yup. It ticks me off because all of my songs are in the file.

Maybe try zalternator for the moment.

He can't use zAlternator without first using Zune Software, and he says it crashes on start.
