Just got a zune from ebay... - Page 3

So you connect it and it's just not coming up at all. Try a different USB port. And try reseting it while it is connected as well.

i did, what seems to be the problem is that the old software could detect the zune but the zune said to upgrade.

Now, the software is upgraded but now can't detect the zune.

what gives?

ok, it comes up on the computer as "found new hardware", yet i don't have the cd.

any suggestions?

It should install auotmatically. If that big popup comes up choose install automatically. It should work.
