Zune software won't load

I click on the Zune icon, but nothing even happens. Except all my other windows go hidden, and I can't get them back. This new software is so bad, I'm just about ready to kill myself. Plus, I can't even downgrade the firmware because for some reason I'm not the computer administrator all of a sudden. I'm trying to do zAlternator or whatever right now, but I can't even do that sync part because the Zune software doesn't even show up!!!!!!!!!!()%&@)#*($%&()@#&$%)(&@#%)(&@#)%&)@&$% )(&@$%*()^@(*&#%$9*^@#%^)(*^@#%)(*^@#)(%^ )(@^#%)(*^@#%^@()*#^% (*@#%*())^&@#*(%^235!!#%$!@#$!#%

calm down. have you tried reinstalling the software? There is a util called UnZoone that will help you do that floating around.

Yes, I have tried reinstalling it, and it still doesn't work. I'm so frustrated because even when it works, it pops up, and all my other windows that were up disappear. And then 80% of the time, it doesn't even come up and all my windows still disappear. I tried using zAlternator to switch to iTunes, but that didn't work... and also, when I upload my music, it leaves out 10 tracks, even though I know all the file types are either mp3 or m4a. This is driving me nuts... I need to downgrade, but for some reason my computer can't do that.
