Software prob

I just reinstalled zune the other day on my comp(had to format hard drive)
After 2 days of tinkering, i got everything required installed just so i could install the software. Now when I click a song to play, it just says opening forever. Any ideas?

does it play eventually or not? mine says says that for a while on the first song but then its fine

whats the comps specs? enough memory?, what are the songs formatted in?

i let it try and open for maybe 2 minutes and then get angry and close it. when i click on a song i usually want to listen to it, not listen to it later. So maybe im just to impatient.
And centrino with 512. plenty of hard disk

Try uninstalling with unzoone, and reinstalling.

Sounds like it could be a problem with the audio file.

Does the system respond as normal when you try and play it?

i might be going out on a limb suggesting this, but try running the media collection reset tool: http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/gen...agnostics.html
