Zune Software problem

All of my songs are right in my "list" view but in my "browse" view half of my songs are messed up or they are thrown into the "Unknown Artist" tab.

hmm, I think there was a bug with the Unknown Artist in the software but thought that got fixed. I use a separate program to edit all my metadata so I never have problems with labels and syncing. Try mediamonkey to edit the songs. It's free and you can download it from their website.

Try running the Media Reset Tool.
