Zune Unlock/zAlternator

I have tried to use zAlternator with zero success. I followed the directions to the letter and did the unlock trick as specified. The Zune (80gb) shows in zAlternator's window 2 times-once as firmware unknown, and the other as firmware 2.0-2.3. Any suggestions?:confused:

Try doing a hard reset to get the devices firmware reinstalled. Then try zAlternator again.

Unlock the firmware 2.0-2.3 one.
