cant use my zune

OK i just bought a 30g Zune and for some reason i cannot install the software in my computer.

I run on Windows Vista and have done every useful update i can, but everytime i use the disk, it says that i need a zune update and/or windows update, plus my computer states that it cannot find the correct drive for the software on the disk.

that aside whenever i try to install the program from the zune website, i can download it perfectly but when i try to install it i get an error that says that i require an internet connection, but i run on broadband.
im soo confused and frustrated with my zune, i dont know what to do
please i need help

Try running UnZoone, then install from SZIP2.

Use Unzoone, but just install the software from the Zune.net website. SZIP isn't updated with the newest software version

Probably not the problem though; admin's don't (usually) control the internet (at least on PC's) ; )

i am signed on as admin, but still i get the error about not having an internet connection.
i treid the program u guys suggested Unzoon
and still after that i got the same error.
could it be my operating system?
i appreciate the help.
i wish i could figure this out
