Software won't let me copy music from my zune to my pc.

I recently got a new computer and installed the software and everything. All is working. Yesterday I was even able to transfer some songs from my zune to my PC. Now it won't let me. I choose copy to collection but nothing happens. I've tried turning the zune off and everything.

Try uninstalling with UnZoone and reinstalling with SZIP2.

I just ran into the same problem. I can't copy any music to my collection. I even get a column that says "sync group" but it won't do anything. I tried the meathod above and that didn't work. This all worked little over a week ago. but now won't...I need help.

idk, u cud try copying the files using the hdd hack, and then just pasting the files on ur computer, just make sure the software is on when doing it

I tried that too, but after about 1 1/2 albums I get a error. It says " the Handle is invalid" I have the zune software open (though I've tried it closed) and I've even tried using the zAlternator. Is there some 3rd party software I can use? I've tried everything I've found so far on this board, Including the unzoone + szip2 combo, nothing works. I have been able to copy SOME on my songs via the zune software, but not all, about 33%. Could someone please help, I'm starting to get really frustrated.

It HAS to be syncing so add a large movie that needs converting and then add your music.

Also the songs that are not being synced re-add them to the library.

Try using zAlternator and use WMP.

When you start synching a large file in the software, open up take manager and kill Zune.exe.

Then copy everything off with the HD hack.
