Uninstalling Zune software

If i uninstall the zune program will anything happen with my music, pics and videos? also will the new firmware work with the software from the cd of the 30 gig zune?

Nothing will happen to your media.

To install the new software again, just download from zune.net

That's V1 software which isn't compatible with a zune running firmware 2.x
