Playlists not showing up in software

I own a Zune 80gig

VERSION OF ZUNE SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE

Software: 2.1888..2/ Firmware 2.3 (1145)

OPERATING SYSTEM

Windows Vista

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
=======================
All but a few of my playlists have disappeared from the software but still reside in my playlist folder on the harddrive. Not all the playlists on the player show up in the software when I synch.

THINGS ATTEMPTED SO FAR

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but Windows won�t let me. That is in another post. I have also posted questions on a few boards around the net with zero response.

HAVE YOU SEARCHED ONLINE/ZUNEBOARDS TO FIND A SOLUTION?

Thanks for the response. Will this delete the playlists from the media folder? Will I need to rebuild them all?
