CuCuSoft DVD to Zune Converter

I purchades the DVD to Zune CuCusoft software and I don't know what to do...what happens is I open the program and within five minutes the program has to close. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Please let me know!

You might have gotton a bad copy of the converter. Try calling or emailing the company.

Uninstall And Install Again. I Have It And Have Not Had So Many Problems With It.
