Zune not recognized
I could use some help.I bought my daughter a zune last year.It worked fine.The face got cracked and we bought her another one.She took it to her cousins and downloaded the software there and it worked fine.She brought it home and when we hooked it up there it wouldn't work.It said new hardware found.I downloaded the hardware and then I looked under portable devices and it showed up.When I opened the zune program up and plugged in her zune it wouldn't rcognize it.I've uninstalled the software,the driver,updated the driver,updated the software,everything I could think of to try....still nothing.I know her old zune had a name on it and the new one she used a different name.Would that have anything to do with it?Could that be why it doesn't recognize it.I'm really lost and need some help.Thanks.
