Huge Trouble, Super Frustrated.... HELP!

I just bought my new shiny new 80gig Zune. But now I can't set up the software... It says that it can't start b/c framedyn.dll isn't found. However it is there and I even replaced it. It also says its unable to create a system restore point. The error code is 0x8007007e if that helps.

Great... i just got the software downloaded and working fine. However I can't my zune unit to dl the software.

You mean the firmware? Is it showing as connected?

I had this issue.
All I did was unplug my Zune. Reset it (by holding the back button and up on the middle button together for 5 seconds)
Closing the Zune Software and then reopening it.
Plugging it back in and viola it worked.
