Exclamation Software not recognizing Zune.

I bought my Zune yesterday, and spent many hours just trying to install the zune software (turns out it was the rollback error),

After finally getting the software installed this morning, I plugged in the Zune to get it syncced, but the software and my computer didn't recognize the zune at all.

Went into device manager and found that the devices "Zune" and "Zune Bus Root Bus Numerator" (with the 2 buses) have an exclamation point over there names.

I've tried to install the drives in the Zune drive folder, that didn't work, and my Zune is also plugged into the back of my PC (not in a hub).

Don't know what else I can do in this situation and it's really frustrating me after finally dealing with that other problem.

All replies appreciated =)

1.Uninstall with UnZoone.

2.Reinstall.

used UNZOONE to uninstall it (like usual) and have reinstalled it with SZIP

same problem occurs...

the zune bus root driver is now installed and i guess is fine

The ONLY device not recognized at all is the zune itself

it's not the zune itself, I went to a friends house to see if it'd work there, much to my surprise, the software installed well and the zune connected with the computer without ANY problems

is there a place where I can download a driver for the updated zune?

try plugging the zune in again, then reset the zune while it's plugged in with the software running.
