zune crahes at start

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

the software perfecly worked fine for one day then the next day i opened zune and 3 or 5 sec later a error msg showed up about zune has stopped.

THINGS ATTEMPTED SO FAR

i tried to unistal and install i did it about 4 times, also restart the pc.

HAVE YOU SEARCHED ONLINE/ZUNEBOARDS TO FIND A SOLUTION?

nope didnt help same thing, and would this error that alot of ppls have ever going to be fixed?

It could be your Firewall blocking it or it just installed wrong...

what kind of antivirus / firewall app do you have? (if you have one)

i have norton and it say right away that zune has stopped

oooo and zune is installed correctly

and also how do u take screenshots and where to find them?

Dang, that error message is just general enough to not help at all

Have you ran windows update recently?

yes i did it yesterday and i used that unzoone and now when i try to install the software again it say its up to date and i cant find zune folder
