VERSION OF ZUNE
====================== 4 VERSION OF ZUNE SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE ===================================== 2.1 OPERATING SYSTEM ====================== vista premium 32-bit PROBLEM DESCRIPTION ======================= the software perfecly worked fine for one day then the next day i opened zune and 3 or 5 sec later a error msg showed up about zune has stopped. THINGS ATTEMPTED SO FAR =========================== i tried to unistal and install i did it about 4 times, also restart the pc. HAVE YOU SEARCHED ONLINE/ZUNEBOARDS TO FIND A SOLUTION? ================================================== ======== yes very much HAVE YOU RECEIVED ANY ERROR MESSAGES? ======================================== Problem signature: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: zune.exe Problem Signature 02: 2.1.888.2 Problem Signature 03: 473d2ea7 Problem Signature 04: ZuneShell Problem Signature 05: 2.1.0.0 Problem Signature 06: 473d2d9d Problem Signature 07: 7b Problem Signature 08: 82 Problem Signature 09: System.NullReferenceException OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 ATTACHMENTS ==================== Here is where you will put any images of the issue (if any). It could be your Firewall blocking it or it just installed wrong...
what kind of antivirus / firewall app do you have? (if you have one)

i have norton and it say right away that zune has stopped
oooo and zune is installed correctly and also how do u take screenshots and where to find them? lol omg i found it all my self sry 4 the posts Last edited by Dizzy : 12-19-2007 at 01:45 PM. |
