[SOLVED] Loaded new software and i get this.....

I took the advice of one of the members and put the software on my comp before actually getting the zune(wife got it for me for christmas but won't let me open it till then).....Well anyway when i first installed the software it ran perfectly, now today it keeps looking like this....




I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still the same thing....anyone know whats going on???

Dang..that sucks..I dont know much about programs etc...but maybe a glitch in the program? Or an error? Sry, maybe someone else will give you some better answer.

try this:

Installation Fine but Blank Zune Window/Garbled Colors

Exit the Zune software

1) Start->Run->regedit
2) Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Zune\GeneralS ettings
3) Right click and click New->DWORD Value. Name it ReevaluateVideoSettings
4) Right click again and create a new DWORD Value. Name it UseGDI.
5) Press enter, then right click it again and click Modify
6) Change the Value Data to 1. It should be hexadecimal by default.

Restart the zune software. It worked for me!

damn still not working...hopefully it doesn't do this with the software it comes with....maybe i missed a step....i wonder why it worked perfectly yesterday but today its all messed up? Im gonna uninstall it again and see what happens...
