software added artwork to all albums

I wanted to add artwork to one of my albums in my library, but when I did it added the same artwork to all the albums that didn't have artwork. I tried zunemediacollectionresettool but it didn't work. Why does this happen?

The reset tool should have fixed it. I'm not really sure why it would go funky on you, but try opening it in another program and seeing if you get the same album art.

i have the EXACT same problem... all albums that have no artwork all have the same one now...

Album art can sometimes be fixed with rebuilding your library.

Try the "Library Build Problems" fix

Thanks, but all this does is reset it and picks a new album artwork to set for all of them...

zunemediacollectionresettool didn�t work for me as well. :-(
