zune v2 software not syncing all songs

my software is not putting all my songs on my zune and it deletes random songs then readds them when i sync them later on wtf its starting to make me mad cause it just skips all the songs it dosnt add

It made me mad too... That's why I went back to 1.3 software and 1.4 Firmware.

how do i do that i want to go back to the first software but idk how i looked around and i still dont get it
