Please help with USB problem

I got my Zune two weeks ago, installed the software and the update and everything was working fine. Today when I connected my Zune via the USB port, my device started charging but the software said that it wasn't connected. I checked the troubleshooting guides and eventually looked at my device manager. Indeed, there was an exclamation point with a yellow background for my zune under portable devices. Under the properties, there was this message

Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)

I tried updating the driver, but it didn't do anything. Can any please help me?

I don't recieve any error message when I connect it, though. Also, the only thing I haven't tried in that article is restoring the zune device software because my zune still functions properly, I just can't change anything on it.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the USB Ports.
