Zune program acting gay

every time i try to update the software it goes to 99 percent an its says Zune1_3-Delta.msp is missing an i need that to update the program. an the packages that they give to try to update does not help at all can anyone help me with thius. my zune is version 2.0 an the program is not i cant put anything in it now.

You might also have to apply the Gay-Away(tm) patch to the software, available here.

nop i try the the missing pakage thing but it still does the same thing
