Default please help!!!
i can't uninstall my current zune program,i tried everything,there is no logo on the desktop no quicklaunch logo,i used my anti virus to uninstall it,i also erased the folder(zune) and when i try to install a new one it just updates and doesn't install a new one...............another one,when i use the add/remove program,i remove it and get message errors like 0x080002 or something like that and it says fatal error during uninstallation...i would appreciate it if anyone helped

You CANNOT uninstall a program just by deleting the folder in Program Files.

Try running a registry cleaning software like CCleaner to clear up all the junk left behind. This is going to be troublesome.

Also, please don't make duplicate threads
