i can't find it either i went to c;/programfile/zune, but Zune .exe is not there i just can't find it to put it on safemode cause i been having the same problem with the zune software not launching or openin

I have the SAME problem.
Zune.exe Launches, Crashes, no error.

I go into safemode. It just gives me a link that tells me how to reset my DMR WHICH ive done like 5 times.

Do by chance any of you guys have nVidia video cards?

My problem didnt happen untill windows decided to update my nVidia drivers.

You may have found the root of the problem. I have an nVidia card, and this problem began IMMEDIATELY after updating my drivers.

So should we go hound nVidia for a fix?
