I just think MS screwed up on the software. Whats wrong with ppl just draggin files to the Zune like a USB??

Default WMP Playlists
I have tried copying and re-naming a WMP playlist as a .m3u and .zpl file, and putting it in the Zune/playlist directory where other Zune playlists are. However, Zune does not recognize it. I even used notepad to edit the first few lines of the playlist (as per a post on another zune forum) with the first three lines of a zune playlist, still to no avail.

Can anyone give me a simple, step-by-step approach to converting a WMP playlist to Zune?

To hopefully get a more specific response in my plea for help, here is the text of the "1950s.m3u" file I created by copying my "1950s" WMP playlist, changing the filename extension to .m3u, and copying the first three lines from a Zune playlist:

I am not sure this is the place for this post but here it is. I read the first page and think I might find help here but not sure.

My daughter has a 30g Zune and we have had our hard drive fail and then our power supply fail on the computer that she synched her zune and when she connects to another computer it wipes her zune completely.

She has gotten a laptop for graduation and what we need to know is how to synch up with it and keep all her music she has put on the zune itself. I am not sure we can get the apps going from the computer that died so that she can transfer them to her laptop to take with her to college and beyond.

Any help out there would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Default Video Tagging on the Zune - Where is it?
The Zune does such a nice job with video - why didn't they include a re-tag or cover art feature. All of my music files are listed beautifully with their corresponding album cover art - but you can't change the cover art on videos which in most cases is a frame of the movie - it sucks.

Does anyone know of a solution for providing cover art for videos converted from DVD's? If you have an answer that you know works, please email me directly.
