Default Error 0x80070002

Does anyone know how I could get rid of that error???

Right now it's saying something like the support package "Watson" couldn't be found. It could be incomplete or damage.

I'm from Canada so I don't know if it's because it's not available in our country yet!!

Cheers

I ran into the same thing with Vista 64 bit. Called MS. You need to find the full install on the MS download site (he give me a ?fwlink code on the microsoft.com site - don't recall what it was). But there's a 160 meg download for the full firmware, which installed just fine and I was up and running.

Good luck!

Mark

I have the same problem-but I'm on XP,

INstead of saying "Watson" it says "Zune"

This happens when I try to update the software to 2.3

Custom action 11:38:41.587: Operation "Remove Driver" has finised with result of 0x80004005.
