can you please explain further about the blurry screen, where do I hit run at?

NVM, I got to run and found HKEY_CURRENT_USER, but it says nothing about a zune, a little more help.

You need to navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Zune\GeneralS ettings
then follow the steps

Dont copy that in. There's a spelling mistake. Just drill down to it.

Try uninstalling with unzoone and reinstalling with SZIP2.

Actually, it's not a spelling mistake, zB just is funky and automatically places a space in Settings. You gotta delete the space.

But indeed, it's best you just twirl down the arrows until you've reached where you're supposed to be

"the specified service does not exist as an installed service" Error

I found this to be due to a missing service called "Windows Driver Foundation" It used to be running but somewhere along the way something uninstalled it. Installing Windows Media Player 11 reinstalled it and made the error go away.

Zuneboards won't let me put a link in this message to the other post with more details. Search on the above error message to find the other thread with more details in it.
