Default microsoft.com/kb/944938 Help

I keep getting this message while trying to install the new zune.
Installation Failed

Setup must stop because the required package 'Zune' failed to install.

Custon Action 12:27:19.734: Operstion 'RemoveDriver' has finished with result 0x80004005.

DIFXAPP: Rollback failed with error 0x2

Error code: 0x80004005

And it gave me this link

Anything anyone can do for me?

I did. And I tried that. I even tried uninstalling my old software. Updating MPlayer 11 and updating Flash.

For some reason the Zune software now works despite the fact that the error said it failed.
