Default reserved space and contents from other computer (if any)

i am getting this error with the new software:
.
.
reserved space and contents from other computer (if any)
.
.
i have changed the reserve to share file size to 0% and still get an error. Perhaps i am one of the few with well over 4k songs and 25.72MB of data, yet it shows i have 4.09GB free space... but for some reason it says:

reserved space and contents from other computer (if any) 5.78GB

What other computer? i only use this one. WTF????? i have the Reserved Space set to 0%...

On another note, i am seeing repeat files/songs where one is correct and the other has zero data file size.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

PS: also, can not sort files by Size using the new software. It has a tab for it, but does not work.

All you have to do is delete all the data off of the zune.
Click settings, device, then press erase all content.
The problem is that the zune already had data synced onto it with the old software and the data is still on there. By erasing all of it, the amount available will go up.

I did that last night after I posted and it worked perfectly. There was 7 gigs of songs already on there that my software had reserved and the new software was trying to duplicate that itself onto the device.

This is probably going on with more people that don't realize it because their device isn't nearly full.

Is there a way to do this without losing literally everything?
I have some movies on my zune that i deleted off my computer...and it won't let me put them all back on my computer.

Not even with the reverse sync? Try the HDD hack in the completed Hacks and Mods section.
