Zune software on Vista

Alright hope you guys can help me because no one else has been able too. So i got a Zune about 3 weeks ago now, the Zune works fine and everything. The only issue is well... I can't load any of my own music onto the zune because I have a problem every time I try to download the software off the CD and the same problem off the Zune website. Ok well this is how it goes.

1) Start up Zune setup
2) Welcome to the social screen, says its going to search for update. - click next
3) It searches for updates....
4) It found update - Click next to continue
5) For not even a second theres a brown screen with what looks like an Agreement on the left hand side and my option to accept in the bottom right of the setup window (picture below) But it is only there for a fraction of a second.
6) "Installing Zune Software. This may take

only thing i can think of is to try installing the software without getting any updates first. i can tell you with 110% certainty that it should work in vista fine - does for me. and the above method is how i did it - granted there were no software updates when zune v1 first came out..

New software out today! Just try that instead. Download from the zune website

Also, threads merged and moved to the proper place. In the future, please refrain from creating duplicate threads, especially if they say the same thing.
