Mouthwash

Does anyone here actually swish for over 30 seconds? My tongue and gums feel unbearably numb after 15 seconds or so, and I still have to chase it out with some water. How does everyone do it? o.O

The first 10-15 is the worst after that it just gets easier.

up to like 20 seconds is the worst for me...after that ican go for a while, but im really impatient so i spit it out after like 40 s

I havent brushed my teeth in about 6 years so i wouldnt know

but seriously i dont know or care how long i do it, i'm just not really the kind who stands there and times how long i swish mouthwash.

Me either. I usually swish for a while, spit it out, and swish some more. Except, the second time I'll usually brush the mouthwash around with my toothbrush.

It really depends. Event he flavor has some bearing on it, believe it or not; some flavors are just easier to take than others. Anywhere from 10-50 sec, depending on the mouthwash.

i usually go the full 30, somtimes a bit longer around 40.

I use Crest mouthwash or something. It's not alcohol based, but it seems to do the trick. It doesn't burn or anything, so I'm not sure if it really works or not haha, but you might wanna look into this if you want.
