Default Updated Zune Software, Now the Zune Won't Work

I just upgraded my Zune software to the latest version yesterday (it had been asking me to for a couple weeks, but I kept putting it off due to time issues) and now my Zune won't function correctly. I connected it to sync right after the software updates and when it sync'd, it took about 30 minutes because it seemed to be updating everything as well as putting on the one album that I wanted to sync.

Now, when I try to select Music, it freezes for ten seconds then goes in. When it finally gets into my music, the album art is all gone and none of the music will play. I select the album, hit Play All and it doesn't respond. It's like I never selected anything; no music, no nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a Zune 120, by the way.

-EDIT-

I just tried hooking it back up and then disconnecting to see if it might somehow help. The software didn't even recognize the Zune was connected and now the Zune won't turn on either.
