as has happened to many other people, my zune decided its hdd was only 1gb so i could not update the firmware or put music on it. i bought a new hdd for it from ebay, toshiba mk8025gal and put it in but it will not accept it, just stays on the #5 screen 'contact support'. ive tried restarting and formatting but i don't know what to do. any help would be appreciated thanks!
zune doesn't like new hdd, help please!!
