There's a million questions here and I really hope that I'm not posting something that's already been asked but I'm gonna go for it anyways...
Today I've been having some MAJOR issues with my 80 gb Zune. It was working fine this morning and then I went to listen to it this afternoon and every song that I got using Zune Pass would say "This song is missing or can't be played. Please sync with PC." So I did that! I plugged it in and an error message came up that said that the info relating to the Zune and Zune Pass account weren't matching up so I signed in and everything was fine... I could play all the songs using the Zune software on my computer! Every time I would unplug my Zune from my PC the same error messages would come up when I tried to play songs I got using Zune Pass. I must have synced the Zune with computer a hundred times.
Another thing I thought was VERY strange was I have a screen lock password on my Zune and the first time I went to plug my Zune into my computer to sync it up (after I got all those error messages), when the Zune came on it was completely blank except for my background picture, no words or anything. Usually I will have to enter the screen lock key and then plug it in I'm sure I don't have to explain that in great detail... But anyway so when I got this blank screen I did a reset (back arrow and left on the touchpad right?) because there was absolutely nothing to select and it wouldn't turn off. I turned it back on and it never asked me to enter my screen lock key. I noticed this and went into the settings option to try and view the screen lock. When I select screen lock it goes to a blank screen that just says Screen Lock at the top. Nothing to select, no options, nothing. All I can do is just go back....

I am erasing all content and trying to get Zune back to where it was before today
I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem to this and WTF DID I DO TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN?!?!?!?! I don't want it happening again!!!!
