Default A COMPLICATED ONE!

When I plug my zune into my computer I get an error message on my computer saying that the device has malfunctioned click here for further information. When I click it takes me to a screen where it SHOULD show me which usb port its plugged into, but it shows nothing. My zune does charge when I plug it in to my laptop so its not the usb port. None of the button commands work on it. The back button no longer works for some reason, and when i click up on the middle button (the one for volume or w/e) it goes down sometimes, sometimes it will go up, some times it will just scroll way to the bottom, it still plays music and charges, I just cant download any software, the pad is really annoying, and so is not being able to use the back button. Anyone know of anything to solve this?

Have you tried resetting it and then reinstalling the firmware?

Which Zune are you using? Use Back Center Left when you reset your Zune and the loading bar goes across the screen to reset it back to factory settings so you can reinstall the firmware through the software.
