Unhappy Zune wnt sync video successfully

Hi, I have a new 120 Zune and before I put 10,000 songs on it I managed to upload 2 videos.
Since I have put all the songs on, when I try and sync video it gets to a mazimum of 33% very slowly, then gives up.

Any ideas of what I can do please?

its cause WMV has multiple encoding methods, and a lot of them don't seem to like zune a lot. Just WMP 9.x+. I have also yet to find a way around this besides converting them to MP4, because Zune software doesn't see it as needing converting, so it tries to sync it directly, and doesn't like that.

Ok, ignore me, the reason it wouldnt work is because I was using an external USB port and the connection wasn't strong enough! lol
