Brand New Zune 120 Battery issues
I personally have a Zune 30 and a Zune HD. But my fiance has over 100 gb of music and movies, so she wanted a Zune 120. We went to Target and found their last one, but when we brought it home it wouldn't turn on whatsoever. The charging symbol showed very very faintly, but after 5 hours of charging (on a wall charger for 3 hours, then a high-powered USB port for 2 hours) there was no change. So I called Microsoft, who offered to replace it, but said it might be easier to just swap it at the store.
Target didn't have any more in any other store, so we just returned it, figuring we could find a better deal online. I did find a new Zune 120 online, but now this one is showing the same symptoms. It feels like we keep having Zune miscarriages.
I'm wondering if this is a problem on my end, since it's happened twice in a row. It seems unresponsive to all key combinations, but maybe I'm missing an important one. She's really excited for such a large capacity, but if this is a common problem, maybe we should back off to the 80 gb version instead of cycling through any more Zunes.
