When i turn on my zune, there's a diagram of a zune with an X on the screen and it says "Contact Support", with two translations under it.

What can i do? Is it bad?

yes it is bad. it means you need to contact support to get a new zune. i really cant believe your even asking. when has the words "contact support" meant something good?
