Zune 120 was not able to play any content

Not too sure what is wrong with it but my 6 month old zune 120 Black is no longer able to find any content on it (it lists everything but will not play or show any of it).... I had last used it an hour prior to it breaking and it was fine then.

I was able to finally connect my zune (after re-linking it to my account) when I got home from Oshawa's KISS concert (it "broke" a few hours before the concert, while I was at a bar waiting for my friends to show up), and some podcasts that automatically synch to it worked but nothing else would play, as a result i cannot even back up that content back to the computer (it goes thru the motions but thats it, nothing copies off the zune) ...

EDIT:
I am reinstalling the firmware (i think, only button available was INSTALL GAMES) and have clicked the button "erase all content", and am hoping that anything resynched to the zune after the wipe will work...

I am not sure why this happened with everything, some songs every so often it couldn't play or find and would just go on to the next one as seems to be the norm with the zune set to manual synch, but to have everything go at the same time?!)

anyone know whats wrong with my zune?

Im Having a similar problem, my zune will only play a select few songs, but other than that it just cylces through the songs not playing anything, and usually says "content cannot be played, its offline or missng". help to this issue is most appriciated

Same thing happened to me. Most I can figure is that I was installing itunes onto my comp (for a podcast not offered on zune) then mid installation I decided to cancel it. Since then my music files have not worked...

However I have noticed that if I delete the current music file and then download again it will work, as well as any other new downloads. Still i would hate to have to delete and redownload all my music.
