Zune120Gb Crashes

I've taken my Zune120GB to 2 parties recently.....made playlists for each ....Zune worked great all day/night...then it got to the point at both parties where people start skipping/forwarding songs or want to hear a part again and rewind...mainly when people are nice and toasted...I never let anyone touch my player...I noticed that the artwork for Zeppelin was up while Deep Purple was playing.....then it crashed then reset....

EVERYTHING WAS DELETED FROM MY PLAYER.

Party over.

this has happened 2x...I guess it overloads when too many commands are given...but why does it delete everything??

This happens to me as well, except that after i reset the player and try to play a song it says that the item is missing.

My 120 started returning "Item is missing" even with photo's, video's and games! This occurerd while on a road trip, played several items then it stopped, fairly sure I didn't drop it.

I did a hard reset and reloaded it, still havinging issues with sync. The harddrive is making repeated seek attempts (hold it up to your ear), and I can't get more than 4G worth of songs to sync.

At this point I believe my drive is failed, software shows sync complete, player says "Syncing... 0%" and not getting anywhere.

might want to contact ms for a replacement zune that has hapened to me once and it was replaced with no problems
