i noticed that now and again songs go missing from my zune player. It doesn't appear to be broken, but sometimes instead of just turning on, the zune logo and a loading bar appear, and i have to wait for it to come on. anyone know what's going on??

ummm. i think if you put your zune into deep sleep mode the loading bar comes on with the zune logo, also if you just ran an application or a game that was made in XNA that screen comes up, if you have a zune pass and you do it month by month you only get to keep 10 songs per month so that might be why some of your songs disapear. if you can give us more info we can try and help you some more if this post doesnt help let me know
hmm well the deep sleep mode explains the loading bar, but theres no reason for my songs to go missing. the only thing i plugged the zune into was my xbox, and a a deck. i did recently put some new songs on my zune, but i KNOW that some of the songs were definately still on my zune AFTER i added other songs. it's like one day they were there, the next they'd disappeared. i'm pretty sure i haven't been careless and deleted them either because again, i have had it plugged to a computer before i noticed they weren't there. anymore info would be great!
well ive had that happen to me when i plug my zune in after adding new songs and i dont have enough storage left and it starts deleting stuff without asking you can stop this from happening by opening the zune software and going to settings - device - sync options - change all the setting there to manual sync and items i choose. and out of curiosity, what kind of zune do you have? hope this helps

nope, it's not that cause i've got loads of room left on my player! it's so frustrating , i've only noticed 2 songs that have disappeared so far, and i'm positive i haven't deleted them!! and all i know is it's a zune 8gb, does that mean anything to you lol

lol 2 songs? ;P ok your saying their missing from your zune? try resyncing them. if their not in the zune software find them on your computer, move them from there and put them back. this should make them show up. after that happy syncing!
maybe i was just having a blonde moment and deleted them. although i do delete the songs from the computer after, since i use my mums computer and i have that many songs...i dont have the autosync on, so i guess maybe i just screwed up somewhere. it just drives me mad. ill just put them back on and keep a look out. thanks for all your help hunn *loves* xxx
