i have the zune 16 G and its been working fine and i've been really happy with it. yesterday i added a new album to my collection and then transferred it to my zune, and it had all the album information already, including album art, but i found that when i went to play the album from the zune player the album art wasnt there at all, and i've been trying to figure out why it didnt transfer from the software to the player, and i even tried switching the album art to a different picture and it still doest show up.....any suggestions?
thanks, but when i tried removing the album and re-adding it i got the same result. the album image is still missing in my player but not in my collection on the computer, or when it lists what is on the devise while hooked up to the software
i even tried to restart my zune, but that didnt change anything....
its the Yellow Submarine [Songtrack] by the Beatles. the other Beatles albums were fine, and i've had no other problems with other artists or albums like this at all, so this is really weird.....

ok lets try one last time if this doesnt work then ....i guess you'll just have to live with it.
connect the zune to pc ...click on the album and delete it (remove from collection)
the zune should say updating content or something along those lines...
then go to the folder where the album is and click rename (just add "1") to the end of the name and it should show up in your collection again (it should say media found/adding media) if not drag and drop to software...
find the album and right click find album info then when your done drag and drop the album to the zune icon
EDIT: ps make sure you go to settings>software>meta-data and rating>make sure auto update album art and meta data is enabled...also click "only add missing info" then click ok
oh! i just had a thought. i updated to the newest version of the software a few weeks ago, as well as updating my zune, and this is the first album i've put into my collection since the update, would that have any connection to it acting differently with the album cover? i also tried it with other albums that i hadnt put into my collection or my zune yet, and the album covers didnt show up on my zune either. i really think its an issue with the update, but i dont know what...
I'm having this problem as well. I installed the most recent update about a month ago; I've been having the album art issue for two or three days. I have loaded tons of music between the update and now, never with an issue. My dad and brother both have Zune 30s, and they have not had this problem. I have an 80.
